Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  
• Returns must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
  
• Return not accepted for accessories, sale items, or customized products.
  
• Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.
  

Exchange Process

• Size exchanges are allowed for the same product, based on availability.
  
• A flat ₹250 fee is charged for reverse pickup and reshipping.
  

Refunds

• Refunds are issued as Galdragz store credit only.
  
• A reverse logistics fee of ₹250 will be deducted.
  
• Store credits are valid for 6 months and can be used on any future purchase.
  

In Case of Damaged/Wrong Items

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and unboxing video.
  
• A replacement or credit will be arranged once verified.
  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
